Inserting videos
Outsource
The first method consists in stocking videos on a remote server such as youtube, dailymotion or bliptv, and then copy and paste the embed code included in the article’s html code.
Pros are:
- Media is stored in the provider’s computers, not yours (no space waste)
- Higher transfer speed (less time waste)
- User-friendly player (usability)
And the con is: webusers can watch your videos without visiting you blog…

Blog storage
The other method is to upload and save videos in your blog. About this, have a look at the settings you’ll need to make in order to upload media.
Windows and quicktime formats are readily readable using wordpress’ integrated player. On this subject, read about autostart. wmv video example in this blog
The more user-friendly flv format will need the installation of a plugin. flv video example
Remark:
You can’t see videos while you’re editing your article, and it’s perfectly normal!

En utilisant effectivement un tableau html, ça doit marcher. Peut être passer en mode html pour faire ça à la main.
