Adding a contact form

Here's a tool usually found on "traditional" sites, but you may want to include it on your blog. It allows you to create contact forms with an email function.There are a lot of choices, and I picked contact form 7 because it answers all sorts of formular needs.

To summarize: you can create a number of forms, have them sent to two different email addresses, very easily manage fields (the plugin includes a very powerful assistant to add different types of fields.)

The plugin’s first section shows: on the left, the formular you are in the process of creating, and on the right: the tool used to generate a new field. Start by generating the field on the right, then copy&paste its code in the left side, adding, if necessary, the html tags.

Then, you must precise each part of the email you will receive: on the right is the email’s body, and on the left is its header. Watch out: attached files appear in the header!

pour ma part j’utilise CFORMS2 sur un de mes sites. Il tourne bien aussi.

Bonjour,
est ce que vous avez aussi mis à jour, au moment de l’édition du formulaire, la zone qui s’appelle “corps du message” ? Il faut y rajouter tous les champs que vous voulez recevoir par email.
moi par exemple pour mon formulaire de demande de devis, j’y ai mis :
[checkbox-440]
[your-message]
[your-name]
[your-email]
parce que j’ai un champ qui s’appelle [checkbox checkbox-440 "Support/Conseil" "Formation" "Développement"] dans mon formulaire.

bonjour,
merci pour votre explication, cependant j’ai un petit souci avec les check box de ma page, il ne s’affiche pas quand je reçoit le message
y a t’il quelque chose à faire pour y remedier
merci d’avance pour votre aide
